Floating belly button ring made of sterling silver with a luxurious vermeil 24k gold coat. This piece features a petite pink opal gem and a 4mm flat disk. A dainty yet delicate look that celebrates the beauty of femininity.

Finding the Right Size

The model is wearing the 8mm 14g option, but the right size for you depends on your anatomy and on how your piercing was placed. The best way to find the right length is standing up and measuring the distance between the hole of your piercing and the upper rim of your belly button in millimeters (mm). If the distance is 7.5mm, for example, then go with the 8mm option.
As for the thickness, the standard size for belly rings is 14 gauge (14g), which equals around 1.5mm, or 1/16 inch. If you haven’t been wearing jewelry in your piercing for some time, or the jewelry you are
currently wearing appears to be thinner than 14g, then go with 16g. 16g is slightly thinner than 14g (16g is about 1.2mm).
If you still have doubts or you don’t have a ruler with a millimeter scale, you can always send us a picture of your piercing with a ruler next to it. We are more than happy to help you.

We try to make conscious, sustainable, and ethical decisions. Lab-grown stones don't put workers at risk, don't fuel wars, and have minimal impact on the environment. Our opals are made by Kyocera in Kyoto, and are in our opinion the best alternative. They are chemically identical to natural opals: 100% silica, same hardness, brilliance and fire. The only thing that changes is origin.

What is Gold Vermeil

Simply put, gold vermeil jewelry features a thicker layer of gold over a sterling silver base. To qualify as gold vermeil, the gold layer must be at least 2.5 microns thick, making it five times thicker than standard plating. This ensures durability and resistance to fading or tarnishing. By using 24k gold for the coating, we make sure your skin is only in contact with gold in its purest form.

Care Guide

To restore shine to gold vermeil pieces, gently clean them with soapy water and dry with a soft cloth; Don't use polishing pads.

Packaging

To protect the environment, we avoid plastic where we can by using cardboard boxes and kraft tape. Your order comes in a retro-style tin box containing instructions, a polishing cloth made of 100% cotton and your jewelry sealed in a clear pouch. All body jewelry is sterilized with a certified autoclave.

    6mm, 14G; I love this piece. I got it a few months ago and it's still just as beautiful as the first day I got it. I usually wear my jewelry permanently until it's time for an upgrade, so I'm exited to see how this holds up. I'm switching all my jewelry slowly to gold and opal so this was the perfect piece.     I purchased two seperate pieces and they both arrived on time and beautifully packaged the individual tins for me were an absolute bonus as I was expecting them to be shipped in a little plastic padded baggy so I appreciated the care in ensuring the jewellery arrived safely. Both pieces were individually packaged in sealed bags and are exactly as pictured. They're super cute and easy to pop in, I'm super happy with my purchase!     Shipped it to her, with great instructions from her, providing details on how to ship the cheapest way. Resized it for free and had it back in no time. I am extremely allergic I many metals but also avoid buying anything that fades over time, but I also can’t afford pure gold. When I pick my I choose well crafted, gold filled (not plated), as it’s thicker, and make sure the metal underneath is also either silver or stainless steel. I never take my jewelry off and I even shower with it on. I always chose have my set amount of different rings, earrings and necklace on at any given time - even in the shower. So my requirements being a tall order and me, personally, being a great test subject to hyper allergic customers who are picky on a budget - this is 100% win for me.
