SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

  • Standard shipping is free of charge worldwide;
  • In most cases, you will receive your items in 2-3 weeks;
  • You will receive a tracking number within 5 days from the date of your order;
  • Even though this happens rarely, you might have to pay for import duties in your country;
  • We can arrange expedited DHL shipping, which will take no more than 2 weeks to arrive for an additional cost.
  • Should your item not arrive within 6 weeks, be different from what you ordered, or damaged, please contact us, we will refund you.

28 Days Return Policy

You may return your unworn jewelry within 28 days of receiving it at your own expense:
  • You may return your item within 28 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn and in its original package. This means that the transparent sterile bag in which the piercing comes has not been opened or otherwise damaged.
  • Once you decide you want to return your item, please use the contact to communicate your order number. Depending on where you live, we will communicate to you the address of one of our logistics partners or our shop in Shenzhen, China. If you are in Europe, you will have to send the item to Italy (EU), if you are in North or South America to the US, and if you are in Asia to China. If you live somewhere else, you can communicate us whichever option works best for you.
  • The return shipping is at your expense. Also, you are responsible that the item reaches its destination undamaged. We encourage you to choose a service with tracking number and to communicate to us the tracking number once you have shipped your item.
  • Once we have received the jewelry and made sure it is resalable, we issue you the full amount of the original purchase.
  • If during our control we find the transparent bag has been damaged, we can't issue a refund. We also can't ship it back to you.
