What are your products made of?

All our jewelry is made of hypoallergenic 925 sterling silver (92.5% silver and 7.5% copper alloy). Like all high-quality silver jewelry, they come with a fine rhodium plating to prevent tarnishing. Some piercing come with 14k gold plating or rose gold plating. All products are nickel-free and lead-free.

Is Sterling Silver good for belly button piercings?

According to Wounds International, a renown medical education provider, silver has been used to prevent the infection of injuries for hundreds of years. More recent scientific studies confirm that silver has antibacterial properties. Sterling Silver is perhaps the best choice if you have been suffering from an irritated piercing for some time. Unlike pieces that are made of inexpensive steel alloys that may contain nickel, brass or other base metals, sterling silver jewelry doesn’t contain metal additions that can cause reaction. People who are sensitive to metals such as nickel or brass can wear sterling silver jewelry without much worry. 

What are the cons of Sterling Silver piercings?

Sterling Silver can tarnish over time. Our piercings have a fine rhodium plating, which reduces the risk of tarnishing to a minimum. If one avoids to contact with aggressive chemicals (such as disinfectants different from alcohol) and controls regularly for tarnishing, the comfort of wearing Sterling Silver is much higher than most other metals. Does a Sterling Silver cure infected piercings?

No! If your piercing feels warm to the touch, is very swollen, and is bleeding or producing any kind of fluid, you should see your piercer or a doctor.

Can I switch to Sterling Silver right after I’ve gotten a new piercing to accelerate the healing?

Consult your piercer beforehand to make sure it is safe to change the jewelry.

Are there any precautions I must take?

Before wearing our jewelry, please wash your hands and disinfect you and your piercing with an alcohol wipe. Also, see the Care Guide.

Can you make me a customized piercing?

How do I find my right size?

All our products come in different sizes; one size we suggest to customers, which is the size that is most common and most often purchased. Besides that size, we offer several alternatives. You can read more about how to find your size under Measure Guide.

How do I change my piercing?

Before inserting your new piercing, clean the piece, your hands, and your skin with the alcohol pad that comes with your order. In case you are sensitive to alcohol, rinse the piercing with boiling water after using the pad.
Check whether the upper ball is tightly screwed onto the piercing. While wearing the piece, make sure that the ball is not unscrewing itself by checking from time to time.

My silver jewelry has tarnished, what now?

One of the main drawbacks to silver jewelry is its tendency to tarnish. This is caused from the slightest impurities in the silver which react with the air.

As all high-end silver jewelry, our pieces come with a fine plating of rhodium that decreases significantly the probability of tarnishing. Make sure that your piercing doesn’t come into contact with disinfectants other than alcohol. It is also better to avoid swimming pools, hot springs, and seawater.
Should you realize that the piercing changes color, take it out and polish it with the silver cleaning pad that comes with your order.

My gold plated jewelry has been discolored, what now?

Our gold-plated jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver with a 14K golden layer. Our gold-plated pieces have to be take care of with thought. Avoid humidity, chemicals, perfumes and lotions and don’t wear the jewelry while working out, swimming and showering. An increased physical acidity can make the golden layer let loose. Avoid scratching on your gold-plated jewelry as much as possible as these scratches are the main cause of discoloration.

How do I place an order?

Add the jewelry you would like to purchase to your cart. After, click on the Cart icon placed on the left side (mobile: right side) at the top of the home page. Check your order, go to check-out and run through the following 4 steps to complete your order. 1. Contact information and shipping address: Fill in your contact and shipping details. 2. Shipping: Here you have the option for free standard shipping or DHL Express Delivery. 3. Payment: Here you can choose your preferred payment method. 4. Check all filled in data and place your order.

How do I cancel or edit an order?

To cancel or edit an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible using the “Contact” link on the homepage. Once you have placed your order, it will usually be processed the following business day. Please note that a change of address after placing your order is not possible if you paid using Paypal since this would void Paypal’s buyers’ protection.

The item I have received is faulty. What do I do?

Please accept our sincere apologies. Please contact us as soon as possible using the “Contact” link on the homepage. Please note that we are unable to offer free repair of any damage following wear and tear.

I have received the wrong item. What do I do?

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Please write to us using the “Contact” link on the homepage, we will sort it out.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Where are my items shipped from?

We ship items from Shenzhen, China

To which countries do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer standard free worldwide shipping. At the check-out, we have the following shipping methods to choose from: Free standard shipping (USPS for the US and DHL/Deutsche Post for most of Europe) or DHL Express Delivery (EUR 15).

When will I receive my items?

Free Worldwide Standard Shipping (USPS for the US and DHL/Deutsche Post for most of Europe) usually takes around 2 weeks from when you placed the order. If you don’t receive your package within 6 weeks we will refund you.
DHL Express shipping takes 10-15 days from the day you placed the order and costs EUR 15. If your order doesn’t arrive within 20 days, we will refund you.
Please note that delivery may take slightly longer at peak times such as sales and holidays.

Can I track and trace my shipment?

All orders come with tracking number. The tracking number will be issued within 5 days after you placed the order. Tracking information starts updating itself once your order has arrived in your country.

How much duties and taxes will I be charged?

Taxes and duties depend on your shipping destination. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate how much you will be charged. We advise you to consult local tax and customs authorities for advice.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your returns policy?

You can return any unworn items (i.e. items still in their unopened plastic bag) within 28 days after you have received your order. For sanitary reasons, we can’t accept returns for piercings that are not sterile anymore. To return an item, please contact us. You can read more about returns under our 28 Day Return Policy.

Will I be charged for freight when returning my items?

As of now, we are unfortunately not able to offer free returns or exchanges. You will have to pay for shipping the item to one of our logistics partners in Europe (Italy), the US or our shop in Shenzhen.

Please note that while you are free to choose which shipping method to use when returning items to us, it is your responsibility to ensure that the items reach us safely.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Once we have received your items and made sure they are still in their original package, your refund will be processed within 1-4 business days. As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive a notification by email. Depending on your bank, the money will normally be in your account within 1-5 business days.

Will you send items that are not eligible for refunds back to me?

In case we find out want to return an item that has been worn or taken out of its plastic bag, we will destroy it. Since we use third parties to process our returns, we can’t ship items back to you without incurring substantial costs that would exceed the price of the piercing.

My jewelry is damaged. What do I do?
