30 DAYS RETURN POLICY

You may return your unworn jewelry within 30 days of receiving it at your own expense:

• You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn and in its original package. This means that the transparent sterile pouch in which the jewelry comes has not been opened. If the pouch has been opened, the jewelry isn't sterile anymore and it won't be safe to sell it to other customers.
• Once you decide you want to return your item, please use the "Contact" page to communicate your order number. Depending on where you live, we will tell you the address of one of our logistics partners in the US, Europe, or Asia and give you instructions on how to send the jewelry back to us. 
• The return shipping is at your expense - normally less than 3 USD.
• Once we have received the jewelry and made sure it is resalable, we issue you the full amount of the original purchase within 2 business days.
